for Mandy Millan’s REACH Community Membership**

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE OR JOINING THE MEMBERSHIP.

The website is operated by Amanda Jane Millan (ABN 73516001057) (“Mandy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

References to the “Website” include the business events, coaching, networking and online community services provided through this Website and related platforms (“REACH Membership”).

  1. Agreement

By visiting our Website or subscribing to the REACH Membership, you confirm that:

(a) You have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
(b) You are at least 18 years old, residing in Australia, and using this Website within Australia.

We may revoke your membership if you misrepresent your age or breach these Terms.

We own or license all intellectual property relating to the REACH Membership, Website and related materials.

  1. REACH Membership

Services Provided

Depending on your chosen tier (REACH or REACH Plus), your membership may include:

  • Monthly in-person events (Manly and Central Coast)
  • Quarterly online mastermind sessions
  • Monthly online accountability & networking sessions
  • Kajabi Community Portal access
  • Optional accountability buddy system
  • Monthly check-in calls (REACH Plus only)
  • Free event access
  • Access to resources, templates and community materials
  • Ability to book optional Strategy Sessions ($400 per 60 mins)

Materials & Access

“Materials” include digital content, resources, recordings, worksheets and any content provided.
You may access materials during your membership period. You may download for personal use only.

Sharing, distributing or repurposing Materials for commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

  1. Subscription Period
  • You agree to a minimum 3-month commitment upon joining.
  • After 3 months, your membership continues on a rolling weekly basis until cancelled in accordance with Clause 17.
  • Your membership tier (REACH or REACH Plus) may be changed with written notice.
  1. Delivery of Services

Events and sessions may be delivered via email, Zoom, Kajabi, WhatsApp, or other platforms at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by your internet, email provider, or device issues.

  1. Registration Requirements

To join, you must:

  • Create an account on the Website
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Update your details as required

Upon registration, you become a “Member” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Fees
  • REACH: $39 per week or $156 per month
  • REACH Plus: $99 per week or $398 per month

Fees exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are made weekly/monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • You authorise recurring automatic payments.
  • Late or failed payments may incur fees and recovery costs.

Fees may be revised with reasonable notice.

  1. In-Person Events
  • Event details are communicated in advance.
  • Members must behave respectfully and professionally.
  • We are not responsible for personal property.
  • Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use. Notify us if you do not wish to appear.
  • No harassment, aggressive selling or inappropriate behaviour is permitted.
  1. Cancellations, Postponements & Changes

We may adjust, postpone or reschedule events, sessions or formats as necessary.

In the event of illness, emergency or venue issues, we will provide reasonable notice.

Sessions missed by the member cannot be refunded or credited.

  1. Member Obligations

Members must:

  • Use the membership lawfully and respectfully
  • Maintain confidentiality of shared materials and discussions
  • Protect login credentials
  • Avoid sharing program content publicly
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful conduct
  • Not use the membership for unsolicited marketing or commercial exploitation
  • Maintain appropriate technology for participation

Any breach may result in removal without refund.

  1. Group Sessions & Community Guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of other members
  • Do not record any sessions
  • No spam, harassment or unauthorised promotion
  • Provide constructive, respectful participation
  • All shared insight is general in nature and not professional advice

Breaches may result in termination of membership.

  1. Refund Policy
  • No refunds are provided for change of mind.
  • Refunds will only be issued as required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • All requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • Members must fulfil all payment obligations for their commitment period.
  1. Privacy

You agree to receive communications related to your membership (email, SMS, Kajabi notifications, WhatsApp).

All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property remains the property of Mandy Millan.
You are granted a limited licence for personal use only.
No reproduction, resale or commercial distribution is permitted.

  1. Competitors

Competitors offering similar coaching or business communities may not purchase, join or use the REACH Membership or Materials for commercial purposes.

  1. Non-Solicitation

You must not create, promote or solicit a competing business during your membership or for 12 months after termination without written consent.

  1. Termination

We may terminate your membership if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees
  • Engage in harmful or inappropriate behaviour
  • Misuse Materials or community spaces

Upon termination:

  • Access to services and Materials ceases
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable (except as required by law)
  1. Liability Limitation

Our total liability is limited to:

  • Resupplying the services; or
  • The equivalent of three (3) months of fees paid

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  1. Indemnity

You indemnify us against losses arising from your misuse, breach or unlawful actions.

  1. Website Security & Viruses

We do not guarantee the Website is virus-free.
You are responsible for your own cyber protection.

  1. External Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our Website.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

  1. Website Availability

Access may be suspended for maintenance or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  1. Disputes

Parties must attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 21 days before pursuing legal action.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g. illness, natural disasters, technical issues).

  1. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  1. Definitions

Agreement, Confidential Information, Intellectual Property Rights, and other relevant terms carry their standard legal definitions under Australian law.
