As part of my coaching, mentoring, and community programs, I may from time to time recommend, refer, or introduce you to third-party providers or specialists (for example, marketing experts, ad managers, AI specialists, designers, or system support professionals).

These referrals are made in good faith based on my personal experience and belief that their services may be of value to you. However:

Independent Relationship:
Any engagement you enter into with a recommended provider is strictly between you and that provider. They operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Mandy Millan or REACH Business Community.

No Liability:
I do not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, timing, pricing, or results of any third-party services.
Therefore, I accept no liability for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction that may arise from your dealings with them, whether directly or indirectly.

Due Diligence:
You are encouraged to conduct your own independent assessment and ensure the provider meets your business, legal, and financial needs before engaging their services.

Payment and Agreements:
Where I facilitate access to a third-party provider as part of a REACH program or private mentoring arrangement, all payments for third-party services must be made directly to Amanda Millan.

Communication and Coordination:
While I may assist in facilitating introductions or communication, I am not responsible for managing ongoing work, outcomes, or disputes once a provider has been engaged.

Support Role:
My role remains that of a coach and mentor, not a guarantor of any third-party service performance or results.
